They offer the best rates, most clean facilities, and over the top customer service. Nancy was amazing and even assisted with lost keys! A true angel in the flesh! Thank you guys for saving my belongings. 5 stars all day in every way!! Now, its time to MOOOOOO-V-IN!!

For the short time I spent with Moove-In Self Storage, I really enjoyed the customer service that was given. The facility is very nice. The only area that I was sorta disappointed with compared to other storage facilities in the area is the overall door width. The width of the door to enter the facility is shorter than most, so it took a little more work to move stuff in. Other than that, really enjoyed my time as a customer.

I needed a storage space at the last minute, when moving out of my apartment. I was unable to reserve my unit online, but I was able to get a very friendly human on the phone at 8am on a Saturday morning (the day I was moving). The facility is clean, it feels safe, there are cameras everywhere and it is well lit near all entrances and down each aisle. The first two months are at a discounted rate, so I’m sure I will not love it as much when the full price goes into effect, but presently I am very pleased and would recommend because I was able to get someone on the phone right away both times that I called and my issues were efficiently dealt with.
