Kathryn was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The phones were ringing off the wall; however, she handled the influx with ease while still assisting me to secure my request for storage units. Also, I was obtaining units for a charity organization and she presented options that would allow me to get them at a significantly reduced price. Two Thumbs up to Morning Star for their efforts to assist those who seek to service the community. Badell Chapter #9 looks for to continuing our relationship with Morning Star. Do not rent from this company! They locked us out of our unit, stole our lock and the bill was paid Friday before closing. The only reason the bill was late was because the office manager manually put in the wrong credit card information because we have it on auto draft. We have had 4 units there for 3 years. They have had this company for less than a month and are losing our business due to incompetence, out right RUDE and lazy!!!! Could not get into my unit until 5 days later. They have 0 surveillance. Go somewhere better that treats loyal customers with respect.

So Morningstar, I bought this facility. I was set up on auto. Draft I guess when they took over. They did not honor the auto draft. So obviously my bill was not paid on time and they reached out to me to pay the bill and set up on auto draft with them which I did on a friday.. They put a lock on my storage building.I did not have access to my building until 6 days later... i keep all of my tools and equipment in this storage building for my guys because im on the road alot. My guys try to access the storage building on Sunday monday in tuesday and had no luck and could not get tools to go to work.. I called filing was able to get ahold of somebody. Explained the situation to them. They act like it was no big deal. I have been renting from this place for over 3 years. I will not recommend this place to anybody.These people cost me two projects and around 25k worth of work
