Michelle and Alma consistently deliver high standards of service for the storage rental. I've used other storage services before, but I know this place stands out for its quality. The units are clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside, and moving equipment is available at every building. I've also noticed that Michelle and Alma are always willing to help — they always answer the phone during operating hours (except when assisting customers on-site) and respond to emails promptly. I was with Mt. Diablo Self-Storage for 3 years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the start, everything was always clean, secure, and well-maintained. The prices were unbeatable, especially considering the top-notch service they provide. The ladies in the front office, Michelle and Alma, were always so kind, friendly, and helpful whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. It's bittersweet to move away, as I’ll definitely miss this place. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and welcoming storage facility!
