My Self Storage Space

I stored a boat there for 5 years. Although storage itself is generic, a piece of concrete to put my boat on, the service you receive is not. The folks managing the place get an A+ for customer service. Responsive to emails. Courteous when they reach out for insurance update or an expiring credit card. Over the years I probably had 30 interactions and was never let down. And when it comes time to cancel, no questions asked. I have canceled a parking space and a storage unit. Both times they closed it immediately, and didn’t ask that I pay another month, or even another day. I don’t write many reviews. But their service compelled me to write this.

It started out as a great storage space with great pricing, but they don't tell you that your storage unit price will increase randomly for the exact same space. It is so sad because Victoria at the front desk is so sweet and helpful, but their pricing is a lie and they don't inform you of the price increases at the time you move in. DO NOT COME HERE! Find another place. When I called to inquire why my price increased the lady I spoke to was very condescending and dismissive.

So far so good. Victoria is very nice and helped arrange our move in. Rates are competitive with other local storage units. There is a small promotion of two months half price but after the move in fees it was basically only a month discount after that. Units are nice clean and secure
