From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly professional, friendly, and patient, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Jim took the time to explain everything clearly and worked hard to get us the best possible price, which we truly appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. I had such a phenomenal experience at this storage facility! The manager, Jim, was absolutely amazing. He walked me through everything — what was available, pricing, and how the whole process works. He personally showed me around the facility, explained how to get in and out, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The office and entire building were incredibly clean, and I really loved the level of security they provide. I ended up renting a storage unit there and couldn’t be happier with my decision.
