Very clean facility. Easy to enter and exit. Taylor is so helpful, professional and super friendly. Im always able to get all my questions answered. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Very clean and the units appear to be secure. I recommend this facility for anyone who needs to rent a storage space.

Clean units, Temperature is controlled, easy accessibility. They have hand trucks, flat carts to use while loading and unloading as well as a large roll-up garage door that makes it easier for larger items to be moved with less hassle. Prices are decent, could be way worse and they don't keep raising the rent every couple months, which is a HUGE BLESSING! The staff are friendly and informative. The restroom is always clean, all in all a great choice for the money

I used a storage unit here for about a year, the price was pretty good for the unit I was using. It was heated which was great. The company and staff were helpful and very respectful. I was having financial trouble and couldn’t always pay the bill on time. When I explained this to them they waived the late fee and never treated me with any less respect. If I ever needed a storage unit again while I was stationed in Washington, I would go back.
