If I could leave a 6 star review I would. I recently moved out of my unit as I upgraded my living space and unfortunately I have to part ways with such a great company with great customer service. Jacqueline and Dashanna were nothing but top tier customer service and true professionals. Going above and beyond to help me with everything I needed and I highly recommend this business and these young ladies were a major part of my pleasant experience they should literally get a raise being that they’re so great for business. As a entrepreneur myself I aspire to have a team like Jacqueline and Dashanna as they are a great asset to your team and this business and I appreciate them making me feel comfortable by going above and beyond with their customer service and professionalism with such great attitudes and they made my move out experience as smooth as it could possibly be as I dread moving in any fashion but it was very pleasant thanks to Jacqueline going above and beyond beyond. She mentioned to me she hasn’t been working here that long and I never would have noticed due to her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to customer detail which is something that I’ll remember and be sure to send friends who need a unit to Jacqueline she’s simply amazing and a great asset to have around your business.

I hired movers from Clinton twp bringing storage from there and I'm handicapped and got very sick after moving in with friend, and I paid for everything and talked with someone Also. Still movers cldnt get in the gate.. Had to take rest back to previous storage, IT was Saturday evening!

Great storage facility. I feel very safe and secure when I come here. Indoor access units, and outdoor access ones. We will be moving, so it's nice to have a place to put things out of the way and make it easier to show our house. We got a great deal when we stopped by just to look at the place. Plus it's very close to our home in Royal Oak. No traffic, off the main roads, easy access. Available after hours with your own security code.
