North End Storage

The customer service is outstanding. The facility has the lowest prices in the area. I have been a customer for 1 year. Some challenges to help you make a decision: The facility does not have security of any kind, not even cameras. The facility has a roach problem. The facility will not spend money to spray the areas monthly to proactively keep bugs from creating nests or traveling to other units. When I reached out to the facility I was told, and quote " We do not provide any treating or spraying of any pests at our storage units, so there would not be a log as you have requested…. This time of year as we approach winter we do put out some mouse bait" I have been in the unit for a year, no bugs. Now in October, November and December I have bugs crawling around. This is directly reflected by the poor management of the facility. I am moving out and seeking legal action. I trashed everything in the unit, a financial lost of over $7,000 and walked away. This unit was for my event business, I cant risk having bugs pop up in my inventory on site at a gig. Its heartbreaking because I trusted this company. Dont let the look of the space fool you. This company created these storage units for straight profit and they do not care.

They were very nice but didn't have the storage size available at the time

I have had three storages and got two empties two years ago. Never been a problemand the ladies at the office are very professional.
