THIS PLACE IS STEALING PEOPLE ITEMS AND ITS BELIEVED TO BE A INSIDE JOB. I’ve had this unit since September. Late October I had an issue closing my unit and asked maintenance to help me close it. He unjamed the door. Locked my unit. Then gave me a thumbs up to go. I come back mid November and 95 percent of my items are GONE! Keep in mind I don’t recall adding insurance. Once the man who helped me that day saw how heafty my unit was. He took it upon hisself AND teammates and to do an inside job. Out of ALL of the units next to mine and throughout the unit. Why was mine targeted? Because of that man who helped me and because of my insurance! & from what I’ve heard, the people casually stealing from here never get caught. My lock was removed by extreme measures and Replaced with a small bullshit one. and all of me and my babies items were taken. It really sucks because I am a single mother… when booking I asked the lady that I booked through what the crime was like and she said very positive things. Very much so wrong. Do not rent here. No tvs, fridge, dressers, washer and dryer, beds, clothes, shoes, jewelry, mattresses etc etc etc. all just GONE. My paperwork. My memories with me and my kids. Things that cant be replaced. A JAM packed unit then left with the minimum & here I am. Starting from scratch. Please pray for me.

If you have things you value, do not use them. Someone broke into my unit and took EVERYTHING I OWN. WASHER, DRYER, REFRIGERATOR, MY BEDS, MY CLOTHES, THE KIDS CLOTHES, EVERYTHING!!! I’m so lost and hurt.

My units (2!!) just got broke into at 3400 industrial in NLR. This company is awful!! And this is the hood! Do not rent here unless you want all your stuff stolen!!!!!!!
