As well as the welcoming from the staff there was very helpful and pleasant to be around. So I want to thank you for helping me in my journey of moving somewhere and to be able to store my stuff. I had the best customer service. Makenna was polite and friendly, she was helpful and knowledgeable, about the type and size of storage that I needed for my camping equipment. She even walked out with me to aid in the lock of the unit because I was having some difficulty. Makenna went above and beyond to be of service to my needs.
