I had the pleasure of using North Star Storage, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. It’s well worth 40 miles drive from home, as there was only one other facility providing same quality covered space for 40 feet long 5th wheel. The facility is incredibly well-maintained, with spacious and easily accessible storage units specifically designed to accommodate RVs of all sizes. The grounds are clean, secure, and equipped with top-notch security features like gated access, surveillance cameras, and well-lit areas, ensuring peace of mind for storing such a valuable asset. What really sets this facility apart, however, is the management. From the moment I reached out for information, they were professional, friendly, and highly responsive. They took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through the various storage options, helping me find the best solution for my needs. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and they were always available to provide assistance if needed. Overall, North Star Storage offers a perfect blend of convenience, security, and exceptional customer service for a very competitive price. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and hassle-free RV storage!
