North Wenatchee Self Storage

We kept our stuff at this unit for just under two years and these are the dirtiest storage units I have ever seen. Literally everything is caked in dust. If their unit hadn’t leaked and destroyed our couch, I’m sure we wouldn’t have been able to get the dust out. The couch was absolutely covered in mold and the person we talked to on the phone was super rude when we called to ask if they could dispose of it for us since it was due to their unit being faulty. We had to throw a few other things away but really didn’t want to have to pay the dump fees to dispose of a giant couch. Do not recommend storing your stuff here unless you’re okay with it being damaged/ruined, and covered in dust.

I called inquiring for a storage unit, and even though they had nothing available she gave me so many numbers to call for options. SO helpful and sweet, top notch customer service!!

Great place, clean, well kept storage place. Does not take cash however.
