Very extremely nice lady and very explanatorial to how she maintenances and maintains control of this storage unit in your security of your belongings she treats them better than her own would not store my stuff anywhere else after discovering Northeast mini storage I Holly recommend you try them out You will not regret it

Very polite service manager for this storage facility. She is very personable and professional. My garage door was not functioning and requested a door service company to repair the door. The door is working very efficiently now.
