Northeast Self Storage

One of the most disappointing experiences of my life. I had a unit for well over a year, paid on time every month and the majority of my things were ruined by rodent feces. I brought the situation and the pictures to the attention of the management hoping they would do the right thing, but they did absolutely nothing. Their response was "We've only had one rodent incident". They offered two cheap rodent traps when I was moving out in two weeks and everything was already ruined. Now, I know I signed a contract stating that they were not responsible for damages, but I thought this situation was overly ridiculous and deserved some compensation. My things were ruined and I could not in good conscience sell those items to other people. I posted a picture of their customer promise and I feel that they did not keep that promise. I truly hope that my horrible experience will help at least one person make the right decision and choose a better storage company. One that actually cares about people and doing the right thing.

I LOVE MY STORAGE UNIT THERE!!! The buildings are almost hidden, you wouldn't even think that there was a stoage facility where it's located. I got a great price, climate controlled and 24 hour access!!!

This place is within walking distance to where I live. I watched them being built. The are very nice looking and seem to be able to accommodate anything you would need to store. They have several different sizes available. I know the owners.
