Northgate Self-Storage

I have been with North Gate Storage for close to 10 years and u won't fine any nicer people around. They're clean storage spaces, and it's very secure. Wouldn't ask for a better place. Thanks guys for everything you have done for me in the past , and in the future.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Northgate Self Storage thanks to Troy. From the moment I called and then walked in, he provided true customer service, the kind you don’t see often anymore. He listened carefully, troubleshot alongside me, and helped me problem solve without ever making me feel rushed. Troy showed empathy, kept eye contact, and his nonverbal communication (smiling, engaged, attentive) made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He genuinely cared about helping me find the right solution. I can’t say enough about how much he helped me today. If you’re looking for a storage facility with staff who actually care, this is the place. Troy is outstanding!

The staff is friendly and helpful, but my storage unit was taken over by mice soon after I loaded it. All of my stuff is filthy, and much of it had to be thrown away, like all my ties (holes eaten in all of them, etc.). Mice droppings are everywhere. The storage unit I had used in the past (maybe a mile away) never had these problems
