Nova Storage

I literally am taking the time the write a good review for this place. This is my second time renting a storage space here. It's very secure and easy to access. Eventhough, the prices might be a little higher than other locations, having a secure and convient location definitely beats that. Love the fact that the hours are now extended and the have an app to make easy payments. A special shout out to Ruby, she was very nice and courteous. She explained everything to me.

Went today to check out storage units at Nova Storage and had the most pleasant experience. Not only is the facilty clean and secure, it also has AC!! But what really won me over was how amazing their team is. Ruby, Jose and Daisy gave excellent customer service! The locking mechanism on my unit door wasnt working properly and Ruby had Jose come take a look at it and he ended up having to replace it. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to move my belongings into the unit size I needed, even helping me move my stuff. They were wonderful and I am so happy to have found Nova Storage!

Great experience! The storage worker was friendly, helpful, and very professional. They made the process easy and answered all my questions. The facility was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend. Thank you Ana
