I have use Ohana 3 times it's my go too for storage needs. I filled 2 units and left the country last year in a remote area with no internet available. A few months later there was a fire there that damaged some of the front first floor units and the elevator. The damages were extensive enough that a Restoration Co. was required. Mass emails were sent to tenants to remove their items for the cleaning restoration. Since I could not be reached and my units were in the rear. Genny the manager along with restoration workers emptied my units bagged everything and transfered everything to recently cleaned units . Genny went above and beyond to ensure the safety of all my personal belongings. Now that I have returned I am eternally grateful to Genny, she get 2 thumbs up from me because she rocks!

I signed up to this company under my fiance, and the staff that is present ask for my ID and signature, etc., and I'm good to go. A Package was delivered there for me and accepted it. It was on & off accepted or refuse but accepted eventually. But also little did I not know my package that was supposed to be delivered was refused because of the staff says it's incomplete we also need a proof of address and need to fill another paper. My delivery guy is upset because they accepted my first package but not my 2nd package. This is ridiculous. Staff needs to be completely trained. So the same mistake won't happen again!
