Ohme Road Storage

I’ve been renting a storage unit at Ohme Road Storage in Wenatchee, and it’s been awesome. The location is convenient for me, especially being in Sunnyslope. It’s easy to get to with a big vehicle, and everything’s always clean and well-kept. Plus, it’s not too busy, so I don’t have to deal with a lot of people or traffic. Michelle, the manager, is friendly and always up for a chat, which honestly makes it feel more like a nice place to go. Definitely recommend it

I just started parking my travel trailer here. Great experience so far! Easy and quick to get setup with a spot. Michelle is very responsive and friendly. The facility seems secure. The RV lot has plenty of room to back into the parking spot. Very convenient location. What more can you ask for?

Brief rental experience with this storage facility. The initial experience was positive, but then it took an incredibly bizarre turn for the worse a few days later. If you fall out of grace with the property manager, you will be driven out of the facility without grace, explanation, or conversation. A misunderstood situation turned into an unhinged and vindictive mess. I tried being communicative and positive with the staff, and in return I got silence, avoidance, and harassment. I'm simply shocked by the behavior, and hope others don't experience what I had to endure. (Update 2024-06-23) You are publicly alleging a client violated the rental agreement, a fallacious and ignorant statement, made worse by the fact that you have zero due process, you did not interact with the impacted client in any way before taking severe measures, and the property manager continually eludes to an ambiguous "management" entity while claiming ineptness at her management level in person. Additionally, your on-site manager disclosed and discussed the issue with other clients at the property, a clear violation of privacy as noted not only by me but by the other clients made uncomfortably privy to the issue. Lastly, you are free to contact me to discuss the matter further if you are truly interested in the circumstances and others' perspectives on this matter. I'll continue to update this review as future events transpire in the interest of keeping the review relevant so that others may make an educated decision when considering your facility for use. Please remove or update the 5 Star rating you have on your website. I left that review the morning of the day your manager took initiative to change behavior and invert my experience with your company. A true shame. Your company managed to convert a profitable "Easy A" two week transition into a much shorter and less financially beneficial public mess. Congrats!
