You could tell they were experienced because everything was wrapped carefully, the truck was packed really efficiently, and they moved quickly without being careless. There was also a funny moment during the move. My neighbor’s little kid came outside while they were loading the truck and was completely fascinated by it. He kept asking questions about the blankets, the straps, and the big truck. One of the movers took a minute to explain how they protect furniture and even let the kid “help” by holding a roll of tape. The kid felt like he was part of the crew and wouldn’t stop smiling. It was a small thing, but it really showed the kind of people they are. Everything arrived in Carlsbad safely, nothing was damaged, and the move finished faster than I expected.
