OneGuard Self Storage - Mallard Point, Decatur

While the facility is not in great shape, it was a good price. But they pull you in with that price and then drastically increase it after 2 months. Meanwhile the gate only works when it wants to, there's no lighting and ants everywhere (when with nothing to attract them in our unit). I tried to have a conversation about how the unit isn't worth a premium price but they wouldn't budge. I would avoid this one at all costs.

OneGuard Self Storage has made my move so easy! From concern and care, making sure that I had the space that I needed and clearly explaining the whole process, made this a breeze for me. The facility is very nice and clean! The Management team has made this so seamless for me & is great to work with!
