I used to have a locker here for almost a year. They were getting broken into real bad and you'd literally walk around and unita were open and people were going thru then and taking stuff. They closed the facility and wouldn't let anyone inside and they said mine was broken into and still wanted payment and wouldn't let me see my stuff still there and I refused saying I would pay if I could inspect my unit. When they finally opened the facility my stuff was sold. They were tip offs and I lost family thing from my relativws, pictures memories and everything I owned. I can say I hope they never have that happen to them. They seemed nice but no local employees you can see and its sketchy

The Individuals at Otter are kind, understand and respect my issues with the financial situation that the act of a thief stealing from me and are trying to get my account back to normal!
