She called me to follow up on my reservation at a time when I needed support in making a decision. As someone tackling this transition alone, the support she provided me helped me choose the right size unit to meet my immediate needs-- and for the brief moment today I felt less alone. Her comforting demeanor and supportive words made this decision not just a transaction, but a meaningful interaction with someone who truly showed empathy and genuine desire to provide support to others. The reasons for my move are tragic and often we don't really know why people have to rent a storage unit to pack their live's memories in boxes that will sit for months in a cold dark space.
