The lace was very clean and Shante took me to the unit and demonstrated the lock. She made sure I Understood the app and was helpful picking the size of the unit. She was very helpful and pleasant I we are very pleased!!

So far so good. Rented a unit in preparation for my kid's move out from the dorm at the end of April. Took advantage of great promotion going on....first month free/40% off the regular monthly price. Was easy to do online.....I downloaded the app and now have easy access to my account including code to enter the unit. Seamless process. Janaiya (I believe she's the manager) was very nice. Hope it's just as easy when the time comes to move stuff in and back out.

Having never rented a storage before at my age. Ms. Shante was very promptly on time professional not to mention kind to the whole process. She explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable in renting the storage unit for however long I’m in need of it. I will be recommending the services to family members and co workers going forward. I so appreciate the courteous service I received so rare these days. Thank you she is a professional.
