Does not maintain property well, making accessing your unit challenging and dangerous (I.e. snow removal). Excess snow built up/pushed in front of units by plow. No salt making for slippery conditions and melting snow likely damaging items

Joshua gets 5 ⭐️!! Called in to ask some questions about renting a unit and had the pleasure to speak with Joshua. That man is amazing, super helpful, amazingly patient, very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, respectful and understanding all while being professional. One of the best interactions I've ever had with an employee! Answered all my questions no regardless of how silly. Made sure I was able to get exactly what I was looking for in such a seamless process too. Great overall experience! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Really disappointed in the behavior of this place. They increased the rent twice on us this year alone. I asked why and they say increased security and expenses . This place doesn’t have security or even a locked gate for people to check in at. The only reason it’s secure is because it’s at the end of street in quiet area so at least it has that going for them. There definitely hasn’t been anything changing here for these so called expenses . They didn’t even notice someone staying there overnight .
