Pacific Self Storage

Thank you all Management, thank you all different girls that I deal with on different days for over a year I would say, all ways professional and helpful, my storage area always clean 134 C I highly recommend plus reasonable monthly payment compared with another storages around.

I was supposed to pick up a U-Haul from this location. I set up a pick up time and made my way over only to find out the place was closed and is indeed NOT a 24/7 pickup location as advertised. I called U Haul and they informed me Pacific self storage was supposed to call me and let me know there was problems with my reservation. This was very unprofessional and really set me back on my moving process.

I came to this location with my mother because it was close to our home and had great reviews . But to my finding the young lady who works in the front office is rude and unkind, It could've been because we came close to closing(1hr) and she wanted to leave for the night . She talked down to mother and rushed us the entire time we were there and even told us " can you please hurry and sign I have to go" this was by far the worst experience I have received ever! This review is solely based on the treatment we received from the young lady in the front office!
