Don’t put anything in the storage that you don’t want destroyed by mice. At least staff are friendly and typically helpful. I’ve had problems with mice ever since I moved items in over two years ago. With only furniture and household goods, and absolutely no food or ANYthing edible to them, plus with spending at least $100 every winter on traps, and having made numerous complaints to staff with literally no change or effort on the company’s part to improve the destructive mice situation - mice have destroyed the very furniture I have been paying every month to keep SAFE and PROTECTED. Nothing like spending thousands to store items only to have mice DESTROY them. Not to mention the wasted time and fuel to drive there monthly to replace mice traps. As soon as I am able to move my items I will, these people are not maintaining this storage enough to be charging people and making US as CUSTOMERS have to constantly and continuously try to combat mice destroying our stored items. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR BELONGINGS FREE OF MICE PEE AND POOP!

The staff are really friendly and keep everything nice and clean. They have affordable prices and are very convenient for Winchester residents. I give them 5 stars easily.

Good location. Clean units. Being outdoor units they are great. The drive is slanted down from the unit doors to prevent water seepage. Good prices too.
