Excellent customer service!! Great secure location, climate control units, with competitive rates, and referral incentives. I was so impressed with the service that my family member received; I relocated my rental to Park Forest Self Storage.

This storage had been easy from the start. I was able to do everything from my phone and the unit was ready for me when I arrived .no wait. Also , they have been very clean and they will communicate. They also are very understanding and have worked with me when I’m a little late on rent . I love this place.

Overall, it’s a decent facility, but the random rate increases are a major downside. I chose this location specifically for accessibility and price. Within five months, my rent jumped from an expected $48/month to $100/month. When I called, the only solution offered was moving to another unit under a “special rate,” which wasn’t ideal. That said, the facility itself is clean, fully indoors, and I’ve never seen any pests in over a year of renting. One thing to note: the elevator to the second floor is frequently out of service, so if you have mobility concerns, a first-floor unit is your best bet. If you can tolerate unpredictable pricing, it’s not bad—but there’s definitely room for improvement. 3 out of 5 stars.
