I rented a trailer from them on two separate occasions and both times I had great customer service. The trailers are a little worn, but still perfectly serve their purpose. The price is excellent. I would highly recommend Park Place Storage the next time you need a trailer.

Customer service was great, but my storage unit was infested with mice or rats . I only reserved the unit for less than a month. I had to disinfect several items and disregard others in the trash. While emptying my unit I couldn't believe all the rodent droppings & strong urine smell. I have rented storage units over the years and have never experienced anything like this!! BEWARE...
