Picked up a Budget Moving Truck today from this location and originally based on the old yelp reviews, was a little concerned… However when calling this morning to confirm a reservation and picking up the truck by noon? The whole experience was smooth, the ladies were extremely nice and even though they were having some minor technical difficulties with a Windows Update, the process wasn’t delayed at all and they got me out the door and on my way without any issue whatsoever. I’m happy I stuck with them instead of letting old reviews scare me off!
