*Update 12-9-22: It has now been 5 weeks since I rented the unit. I was able to get them to cancel my account, but I still have not received a refund for the $149 I spent. And I have never received any communication from the management. I have submitted a complaint to the Georgia Department of Law's Consumer Protection Division. I rented a unit via the website on 11-4-22 & paid for the first month plus deposit and setup fee. I got a confirmation & gate code via email. I went the first day to access my unit but the gate wouldn't open. I called them but got what sounds like a call center. I was told they would contact the manager & call me back but they didn't. I called again & again over a 9 day period of time and each time, I got the call center & they said they would contact the manager & call me back but I still haven't received any contact. I definitely would not recommend this storage facility. It's worth the extra money to go to a place that has an actual person there during the day that you can speak to if you have any issues.

UPDATE: I went to move out today and half my stuff was ruined by rats and the other half was covered in droppings. DO NOT RENT HERE! This is a good unit for a good price. However, any time I have made a late payment, I've had to call every day for two weeks to get the lock off once my account was paid in full. The last time I made a late payment, I went to my unit two months later, and the lock was STILL on. Why am I paying for time that I have no access to my belongings? It's very frustrating.

DO NOT RENT HERE! My valuables were stolen not even a month after moving in. The lock they provided was not even busted, so very high chance this was an inside job. Even if you use your own lock YOU ARE NOT SAFE. Check other reviews.
