Storage Sense - Gainesville - Mountain View

I would have to say my visit to storage sense was been amazing. Ashley was great with my transfer from KO Storage to my new unit and assured me a great experience. So far it has been a flawless transition and tremendous relief. I am really grateful for all the security and communication between myself and this company.

I had an issue getting a hold of staff to begin with, but Ashley called me and now we're both clear on what the situation was and how it happened. Ashley was pleasant and as soon as she was made aware I had a problem she contacted me right away. Also apparently I was calling a number for storage sense, that isn't monitored the same. Things are fixed now. The unit was really nice and the ceilings are really high and even the smallest size you can get a lot into. Thanks for reaching out.
