Extra Space Storage

Kim was great! I’m new to the area and was looking for a storage place… got a great deal on-line but still had a few questions. I called the store and spoke with Kim . She was so helpful and friendly. The place itself is brand new (super clean and well lit). Great location too! I would highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress free. Kim truly goes above and beyond, you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and secure, which gave me total peace of mind. If you’re looking for storage and want excellent customer service, ask for Kim. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommend!
