Pilot Self Storage - Anniston

Jessica has been a breath of fresh air!! So far, since the last of many change in management, has been my point of contact for issues at the Anniston Al. location. She has gotten accomplished for me more in one afternoon than ALL of the previous representatives combined. Jessica has actually gotten me to a point of deciding not to move my stored items to another facility all together. While trying to work with previous management members I have had an outside unit broken into multiple times - to the point of someone actually adding stuff to my unit. Of course, that was after they removed enough of my items to make room for theirs. Even with a camera aimed directly down the small row of units where mine was & a positive 24 - 48 hour time frame, no information was ever given to the police department from Pilots side of the situation. All I got was a royal run around and a whole lot of lies. To the degree of my believing it was an inside job. So, to be able to get legitimate, prompt help on a different issue with a different unit is so incredibly appreciated!!!! Jessica truly has the concept of customer service down pat and could teach so many people how to accomplish getting positive things done. Jessica, THANK YOU!! You’ve made me hopeful that with the new team in place my items are actually going to be safe and secured there. I appreciate that!!

The convenience factor is paramount. It is the deciding factor in this 4 star rating. They lose 1 star for increasing the price at their discretion and against what I agreed to, BUT, the price increase I encountered is not on par with what general inflation SHOULD induce, which is why this is a 4 star rating, based on a 5-1 experience, as opposed to a 1 star rating, based on a 5-4 experience. I would recommend this service to anyone, compared to other units???? 5 star. Hands down. There is no service I could compare this business to that would offer better services at a comparable price, but as a consumer, I could only rate 5 stars if I were completely satisfied and was served 0 curve balls. Hard for businesses these days.

They made everything so easy from signing the lease to giving me all the information I needed to get into the unit assigned to me. They were very pleasant and took time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend using their facilities. The unit was very clean. I was able to take 7 loads in one day. They even worked with me getting the unit a day early. UPDATE: I just moved out of my unit, since I no longer need it. They made everything easy for me the whole time. I highly recommend using their facilities.
