Very good communication answering all my questions. The facility looks nice. I would give a five star, but we just started renting a few days ago.

Facility is as advertised - easy to get to from I-10, secure entry, easy to navigate once inside, electric is easy to access, clean, convenient dump station. No signage once inside so it takes a little exploring to find your site and where the dump station is. Excellent value.

First off, it is located close to highway 10 and my winter home. Easy access in and out with adequate size parking for my RV. The dump is convenient and near the exit. Everything I need for the safe parking of my rig.
