Plateau Heated Storage

Denise was so welcoming and friendly! The storage unit is clean and smells good. Happy to have found a nice clean storage unit close to home! Thanks Plateau Heated Storage for providing a very nice place to store our things!

What should be an easy and straightforward rental prices is anything but that. If you rent a storage unit online, you then have to either call them or come into the office to access your unit. The problem is that when I called, the guy wasn't available to help me (busy doing something else) and the office is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They need to modernize their process. They have a customer portal, not sure why they can't provide access information through the portal. The second issue I had is that they require a secondary contact. Apparently you can't use the same address so my spouse was not eligible. Just crazy. Really regretting making the decision to go with this company.

Denise was great and extremely friendly and professional. We have never used a storage facility before and our first experience was very positive. I feel our belongings will be in a good place!
