The Manager was very helpful and professional. We were able to get a unit quick. The facility is clean and organized. Affordable prices. Also, I trust the security and overall protection of my items.

The prices are fair here. Of course you'll have to deal with the industry practice of increasing storage fees. The biggest downside is that this location is closed on Sundays and holidays. The hours are really limited too. If you are on-site beyond the office hours you are locked in and have to call the police to let you out. Wowzers! When I called the on-site manger Mindy G. about moving my stuff out and closing my account, I was quoted wrong information. I informed Mindy that I was planning to move out on the 17th. I was informed that I had to the 10th of the following month to get everything out and I would've received a prorated cost back. Turns out when I closed my account that day my billing cycle is actually on the 1st of every month and when I closed my account past halfway mark of the billing cycle, I forfeit my prorated refund. Since I signed for that and planned to move out on the 17th, losing my prorated cost was a moot point. I wasn't upset about this because I signed the contract that explains that. However, Mindy said that she would call the main office to see if I could get the prorated cost back. She did say that it's beyond her choice which I can appreciate and understand, but she would DEFINITELY call me back with a response. I never got a call back either way. Mindy can't control what I signed up for, but she can control the commitment to call me back and she never did. That grinds my gears and is poor customer service. An update would have prevented this bad customer service experience. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Facility was well kept. Pricing was affordable. Staff members were very helpful and courteous! Jenny, the front desk employee, took time to show me every available listing possible and helped me determine what was best for my needs and upfront with the rental rules and agreements.
