Their customer service is amazing!!! I was locked out of my unit due to app crashing and battery low on door. Ammar was amazing! I was stressed to the max and he was so patient with me walked me through how to change the battery and then called me back to make sure I got in ok. I was literally ready to cry from stress and he was my hero!! Shout out to Ammar for the best customer service and having patience when I didn't! Give that man a raise for dealing with me!

The price was pretty great. It has gone up a good bit since we started using the storage unit there 8 months ago. Even after eliminating all but one form of payment on their website, they still cannot get the automatic payment to go through the checking account like it's supposed to.
