Prestige Storage - Muskegon (Laketon Avenue)

I'm older, 67, so it took the patient, kind people at Prestige Storage to explain it to me a couple times but everything, and I mean everything, can be done online from picking the size of your storage unit to signing your lease. Your lock and key are even in the unit you pick out so you never have to go to the office, unless you choose to do so. I even pay by auto-pay so even that is easy. I never knew renting a storage unit could be so easy! And they are lovely in the office, so if you do need to deal with them they will make you feel welcome and they are very helpful. Thank goodness, I was really lost with this process at first and they patiently guided me through it. I will always recommend Prestige if someone needs a storage unit!

Miss Qianna, the nicest and most informative young lady at prestige storage help me get a storage unit and my stuff insured for next to nothing !! I got access and keys the same day!! She even stood outside in a bright coat so I could see her cuz I kept driving by 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Thank you so much Miss Qianna!!
