It was our first day renting, and she took the time to walk my family through everything step by step, making sure we felt comfortable and informed. Her patience, professionalism, and genuinely kind attitude made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Just wanted to say Grant helped me out BIG time. Literally walked me through things over the phone and in person was quite the guy! He was nice enough to show me around too even right before they were gonna close! I didn’t feel rushed he even stayed back to make sure I got everything situated before heading out.
