I’ve had a unit here for 3 years and have had a great experience. The property feels very secure with coded gate access, and I’ve never had any issues with safety. I also love the charming castle theme, it makes the place stand out. Most importantly, my belongings were never tampered with and stayed clean and surprisingly dust-free the entire time. Highly recommend!

I’d been renting a unit here for several years. Today I moved the last of my belongings out of my unit, which was on the second floor. The elevator had some sort of malfunction and I was stuck for about 10 minutes. I managed to get the door to open. I called the main line to let them know that I was on the second floor and needed assistance with my belongings. The person I spoke to said they were messaging the Draper location. There was no response so I asked for the direct line, which they were hesitant to give me. I called and Melissa said she just got back on site and would try to get me some assistance. Well, 15 minutes later and no response, I carried 4 large boxes down a flight of stairs weighing 40-50 pounds each injuring my knee and twisting an ankle on the process. As I was wheeling my things out. Another manager from a different location finally came to help. I was in pain and still having an anxiety attack. He said that Melissa was an assistant manager in training. She clearly dropped the ball by not following up with me. To be fair, she was with other customers. But when you have someone stuck and needing help, that should take priority. Potential customers will understand and appreciate the attentiveness to current clients. I would not recommend this facility due to incompetent management. Plus they’re “off site” during normal business hours and their elevator is sketchy and like today, prone to not work. I put in a request to have a call back from the manager of the Utah locations, Kelsie or Chelsie. We’ll see if I get a callback. Maybe I’ll ask for a refund on this months rent to compensate for my pain and anxiety.

Gabriel and the people on the phone were super helpful. I was able to open a unit and get everything packed up within an hour. The whole process is so smooth. This is the second time I’ve used Prime Storage and I would use them again.
