Manager Ariana and assistant manager Fabian were more than helpful with the rental process. They explained everything with coverage, rate increases and rules of facility. Property is well maintained and I feel very secured with storing my items here. They have great deals that are only online right now. Amazing!

So far so good. Ariana and Fabian were very nice while taking information to rent a spot to store our RV. We like the spot we have and think the price is fair. The contract is month to month, with no indication of when the rent may increase and by how much. The details of the contract are clear about the policy on prorating ill post an update if things go south, otherwise so far so good continues. -LG
