I am an existing customer and had a friend sign up for a unit and it got attached to my account. I had to go in the office to sort it out. The Manager Richard was by himself because management does not want to hire anyone but he was handling 3 other clients before me. There was so much pressure going on from the other customers that I wanted to leave but he handled everything and everyone WITH a smile and the nicest demeanor under all that stress! Now that is one good Manager and an incredible storage center in Lake Park, FL.!
