Prime Storage

My experience with this storage facility has been exemplary. The staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a strong commitment to customer service. The premises are exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained, which reflects the facility’s high operational standards. I am confident in the security and care of my stored belongings and would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a reliable and well-managed storage solution.

Unit has been fine for storing my convertible over the winter. Had to shovel snow piled up against the door to access my car. There are channels in the concrete floor perimeter for water runoff I assume. A grate over the top of them would be a plus because a keep stepping into them and risk spraining my ankle.

Our experience with Prime on Rt. 9, in Malta has been fine. However, I would like to acknowledge one employee that was exceptional and that was Becca. She goes above and beyond.
