They have a good customer service team if you need to get ahold of them or get something taken care of. However, when i pulled my stuffed out of the units i had rented after only being in there 4 months there was so much mold and mildew on my furniture that i had to throw things out because they was unusable. and read the contract carefully because it has clauses in there where it does not hold the owner liable and the insurance that they make you take out does not cover damage from mold and mildew. the climate controlled units are not climate controlled at all.

I truly appreciated their guidance, patience, and attention to detail throughout the entire process.
