Prime storage, a company of Prime Group has a practice of renting a unit to you and then increasing the price through email communication just 3 months after you signed the contract. Mine went from $110 to $175 per month and I disputed where they advised me how about $130. Well, they still raised it to $175. DO NOT expect good service here. My property was riddled with brown recluse and mice when I transitioned from a 5x10 on the back wall to a center 10x10. Don’t trust this company, they’re clearly run by people who think empty units are worth more than filled units. Lastly, no one is ever on site, they have a video screen with a person somewhere else. Also, there is no security gate, so it’s free reign. They have cameras, but cameras don’t deter anyone. Want more accounts of them predatorily spiking rents! Go to Yelp and you’ll see they have done this predatory behavior to others as well with raising the rent AFTER THREE MONTHS!!!

I’ve had an excellent experience with this storage facility. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—they go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. The property is also exceptionally well-maintained, which gives me great peace of mind when storing my belongings. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free storage option!

Our experience with Prime storage was very disappointing. All of our belonging were destroyed by mouse droppings within a months time. I feel honesty about rodent infestation would have been helpful. At least we could have taken measures to protect our $5,000 tempurpedic mattress and furniture. We are only able to get $500 from the insurance claim.
