Pringle Creek Storage

I could not be happier with this place. I’m unsure of their names but I have met 2 ladies and 1 guy and they are all fantastic people. The lady that did my move in was just closing up for the day when I arrived (after closing) and she happily let me in and got me taken care of. My unit was clean and odor free upon move in. I am paying exactly 1/3 of the price I was paying at public storage for a bigger unit! Including insurance! Literally blew my mind how much I was overpaying. Customer service here is far superior to the other place. The guy is really nice and friendly when I come pay my rent. The young lady is my hero, she stayed late for me so I wouldn’t get a late fee. I can’t say enough good things about the business. Best bang for your buck, period. Rock on!

I hardly ever post a review but Pringle Creek Storage is the best storage company Ive ever used. Great prices, great good security and the managers Brenda and Dan are professional and extremely helpful! If you need storage go see them! Located in south Salem.

Brenda, the manager, was so kind and amazing! Great customer service!! I reached out to her right before she was leaving for the day and she took the time to clean a unit for me and get me all set up! She went above and beyond! I could not be happier with my unit. Thank you Brenda!
