If I could leave a no star review, I would have. Noone has been in the office during business hours the 3 times I've been there. Then whoever is on duty, put a public storage sticker on my daughter's lock that she provided herself. Glad we got her stuff out of that place. Never had a worse experience with a storage facility

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This storage unit is not good. My 10 x 20 unit started off with around $300 years ago, and now it’s $700 per month. The gate is always broken. The property manager is never there. You would think for this much money they would get it fixed. There are storage units next to this place or as little as a mile away that are way better deal.

Just raised my rent from $119 to $173. That’s a 45% increase. Insane how companies gouge the consumer. There seems to be no accountability. Update: Public Storage, who online sources quote made $4.786 BILLION last year, called after I posted this review to offer me a discount back to the original $119 for only 3mo. In my opinion, this company preys on its customers. Update: After the phone call stating she’d lower rent back to $119 for 3mo, I then received an email that they’ll be charging me $146 for 3mo instead.
