Amazing facility! Ruby is absolutely amazing, such a sweetheart!! Went above and beyond to help us with some stuff we found in a unit we purchased from an auction. Hope to get some more just so I can have a nether wonderful interaction with Ruby.

I have tried several different storage facilities around the Salem/Keizer area. NW Storage has the best prices I have found, is quiet and the staff is always super friendly and helpful! I have only had a rent increase once and it's worth staying. Ruby is always out and about the property, is always super outgoing and friendly. I always refer people here!

For the amount of time that we had the storage, there was never any issues. Well, there was a minor issue BUT Ruby made sure to fix it quickly with no hesitation. She was available to answer any questions we had! (except on Tuesdays lol) I absolutely love her personality and most of all her honesty. She will be my go-to next time we need a storage unit again. Thank you for everything Ruby ❤️
