I had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Hau. I had an issue with my storage unit, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She handled everything so nicely and made sure the problem was fully resolved. Outstanding customer service—I really appreciate her help and highly recommend Aiea location!

Deenie is so helpful and patient and walked me through the process. It is hard to find great employees with exceptional customer service and you found one in Deenie. I would recommend your storage space to all my friends and family.
