This is the first time I have ever rented a storage unit. I dealt with 3 different people at the Fordson Road location. One when I rented the unit over the phone, one when I moved in and one when I moved out. They were all very professional, polite, friendly and answered all of my questions clearly. I will definitely use Public Storage whenever I need a storage unit.

Tiara at this location made this a very seamless process. She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and promotions. I was able to get my storage and begin moving in quickly

Spoke with Donna and two others before her who were amazing, friendly and informative people and great customer service. I only gave 4 stars because I haven’t gotten to the facility yet but so far so good!
